My path here wasn't a straight line. I spent years watching brilliant, hardworking people, clinic managers, tradies, agency owners, get buried under the same repetitive work every single week: re-typing the same details, chasing the same follow-ups, reconciling the same spreadsheets. Talented people spending their best hours on their most forgettable tasks.

The first time I built a workflow that quietly did a full day of that work in minutes, something clicked. It wasn't the technology that moved me. It was watching someone get an evening back with their kids, or a weekend back for their business, because a system was finally doing the boring part so they didn't have to. That feeling never wore off. If anything, it's the whole reason Clirah exists.

So I started building, properly and obsessively, for anyone who'd let me. What began as one workflow for one business became a studio built entirely around a simple belief: AI and automation shouldn't replace the people who make a business what it is. They should stand beside them, as a system that's a customer's friend, and a client's assistant. That's not just our tagline. It's the whole point.

Every system we ship still has to pass one test for me: would I be proud to hand this to someone I care about? If the answer's yes, we ship it. If it's no, we keep building. That's the standard behind every project this studio takes on, because for me, this was never just work. It's still the thing I love most.
